Fears and Tears

Have no anxiety at all, but everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, make your requests known to God. Then the peace of God that surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. Phil 4:6-7

I find myself without words, only tears to offer to the Lord as my prayer. This is especially true in the morning as I am getting ready for the day, in the shower, most vunerable and alone, with the tears flowing down my face.

The Lord in His goodness meets me where I am and listens to my prayers through the tears that speak to Him when I cannot. The fears which are deep in my heart, where there are no words to utter, He hears me.

I feel that I am “on pause” awaiting test results. The words echo in my mind; something may have changed, something looks different, and I find myself facing the unknown until the truth is found through more tests. I am “on pause”.

The Lord is with me in the pause, waiting with me and that brings me comfort. So I ask you dear friends, pray for my special intention, and God Bless you as I pray for your special intentions.
