Fears and Tears

I desire a life where I am thankful and see the good that is there in every circumstance, even though it may seem quite ordinary. To take the time to appreciate all the little ways that God speaks to me. Where my heart looks to speak life and light, to be grateful and enjoy where I am in the present moment.

I desire a life where I realize that I am not alone, that the Lord is near and cares for me. To be grateful for the people He places in my life, and to hear His truth speak to my soul.

I desire a life where I cast all my worries and anxieties on Him. To start again, and again, and again to follow Him. He is always there with open arms to welcome me back when I lose sight of Him.

I desire a life where I recognize that I am a daughter of the King, beautiful and lovely in His eyes, where His love envelopes me completely. That I am worthy of His love and I open my heart to Him.

I am grateful to God for His never ending love and fidelity, and I count my blessings which makes my heart full.

Lord, I offer you my praise, honor, and glory, I am grateful for the life you have called me to. Your will, not mine, I will follow You. Amen.

Let the peace of Christ control your hearts, the peace into which you were also called in one body. And be thankful. And whatever you do, in word or or deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him. Colossians 3:15-17
