Fears and Tears

Lord, as I follow You, step by step and moment by moment, I feel the Holy Spirit is a part of my life.

The Holy Spirit is the Helper, the Consoler, the Truth, which overshadows my life bringing light to my steps.

The Holy Spirit helps me to pray to God when the words are difficult to articulate. He searches my inner self and lifts the prayers of my heart to the Father in Heaven.

My God and my Lord, thank you for the gift of the Holy Spirit in my life. I pray for the grace of docility and humility as I continue to follow You where You call me to go.

The fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, generosity, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law.

Now those who belong to Christ [Jesus] have crucified their flesh with its passions and desires.

If we live in the Spirit, let us also follow the Spirit. Galatians 5:22-25
